• Noosa  and surrounds / Tewantin / /Teewah & Noosa North Shore 

• Nambour / Sunshine Coast  Pomona, / Cooroy / Eumundi

• Caloundra / Maleny / Montville / Beerwah / Glasshouse Mountains and surrounds

• Traffic Marshalls 

• Crowd control

• Checking toilets & refilling paper towels and loo rolls

• Stage assistance

• Workshop assistance

• Stalls assistance

• Surveying patrons

• Documenting with photos and video clips

• Meet and greet Sponsors

Saturday 23 August 2025  from 7pm to 9:00pm

• Pull down and pack marquees, signs and lights

• Clean up grounds

• Return equipment, displays and boxes to the hall storage room

Monday 25 August 2025  from 9 am 

• Return marquees to owners (trailer or van required)

• Return borrowed lights

• Return Coastcare equipment to the Coastcare shed in Tin Can Bay  (trailer or van required)
